Our GOALS 

• Certify and validate true experiences to create a new standards that would benefit both recruiters and individuals - whether professionals or volunteers within the event industry.

• shorten the go to market for recruiters and the selection process for individuals while easily matching the demand and offer based on approved skills

• Upskill all events individuals through online training, workshops, webinars etc. as well as streamline the companies, organizations and service providers aiming to or already working in the event industry

• Facilitate future Local Organizing Committee(s) to immediately identify and match with individuals to prevent systemic last-minute opportunities that will then only benefit outsourced agencies for mass onboarding.

• Approach Freelancers, Advisors and Consultants offering them a community-alike platform to work in conjunction with others to perform as a Joint Venture without the limitation of the individual exposure and the risk associated to it.

• Offer an opportunity to those volunteering in the event industry to keep their spark alive, prepare for future adventures and make WEESVA a platform to protect their interest in light of deployments, benefits and certified market offers where the full volunteer hiring process is truly transparent.

• Finally, make WEESVA the association for the events industry professionals and volunteers - were true talent and experience recognition is not just something to say but reality.
