By accessing or using our Website, including the services, content, training, webinars, workshops, HR selection, HR supply-demand matching, certification, and other related services, you ("the User") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our Website and services.

Furthermore, by selecting a membership plan on WEESVA.org, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing or using the membership services.

1. General Use

  • Account Registration: To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

Eligibility Membership is available to individuals, users or groups of people over the age of sixteen (16) years if you are an individual within the European Union (EU), or of the legal age of majority in your applicable jurisdiction and location of residence. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

  • Membership Plans (re. Article 4 herein)

  • Online training courses and certification

  • Webinars and workshops

  • HR selection services

  • HR supply and demand matching

  • Certification services

The availability of services may vary, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services at any time.

4. Membership Plans - WEESVA.org offers various membership plans, which may vary in features, pricing, and duration. Details of each plan are available on our website and applicable at the time of accepted subscription by WEESVA.org.

 

5. Payments, Renewal and Fees

  • All payments, memberships or fees are due at the time of purchase as per accepted subscription of services by WEESVA.org

  • We reserve the right to modify fees at any time. You will be notified of any changes in advance.

  • You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

  • Automatic renewal may apply unless explicitly canceled before the renewal date. Renewal fees will be charged at the then-current rate.

  • Taxes and additional charges may apply depending on your location and local regulations.

 

6. Cancellation of Service, Non-Refund and Service Change 

  • Non-Refundable Services: All services, including but not limited to training, webinars, workshops, HR services, and certification, are non-refundable. Once a payment is made for any service, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.

  • Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any services. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes. However, you acknowledge and agree that any changes do not entitle you to a refund.​

  • You may request a membership plan cancellation at any time to WEESVA.org support. However, digital services are not subject to any refunds once the services have been issued at the time of purchase

 

6. Member Obligations

  • Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the services provided by WEESVA.org..

  • Members must comply in the use of intellectual properties of WEESVA.org therefore all logos, material and know-how shared with the association members is subject to intellectual properties rights.

  • Members must also comply with the issuance of the vetted certification and misuse of it will incur in the suspension or cancellation of the membership according to WEESVA.org policy.

  • Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized sharing of other members' profile and data, misuse of availed services, or infringing on the rights of others - including but not limited to third parties, providers, suppliers etc.

 

7. Changes to Membership Plans, Policies and Conditions of Use (T&C) - WEESVA.org reserves the right to modify membership plans, fees, or any applicable Policy and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to subscriber at the time of purchase or for those already registered it will be communicated via appropriate means of notification, and continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of such changes.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Website, including but not limited to training materials, videos, webinars, documents, and logos, are owned by WEESVA.org and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms

​9. Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law WEESVA.org shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services and Website. This includes damages for loss of data, profits, or business interruption..

11. Termination - WEESVA.org reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

 

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates - Dubai (Law No. (9) of 2022 and any further modifications) in relation to Digital Services.
